Legal notice

Givecycle is an online platform offering second-hand/pre-owned items. By accessing our website and completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and policies published on our website, including our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

All items sold through Givecycle are second-hand/pre-owned and may show signs of normal wear, use, age, or minor imperfections. We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately and provide photos that reflect its condition. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product photos, descriptions, sizes, measurements, colors, condition notes, and disclosed imperfections before completing a purchase.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only considered when the item received is materially different from the item described or shown on our website, or when the wrong item is shipped. Minor wear, cosmetic imperfections, or damages that were disclosed in the product description or shown in the listing photos are not considered grounds for a return or refund.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase. Givecycle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped, Givecycle will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Federal rules for online sales generally require sellers to ship within the promised timeframe or, if no timeframe is provided, within 30 days.

Givecycle reserves the right to correct product listing errors, update pricing, modify availability, refuse or cancel orders, and update website policies at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not alter completed purchases unless required by law.

This Legal Notice is intended for general business use and does not constitute legal advice. Givecycle may consult legal counsel to confirm compliance with applicable federal, state, and local consumer protection requirements.
