Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or other operational factors.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information, when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Because our products are second-hand/pre-owned and inventory is limited, items cannot be replaced with the exact same product if lost, damaged, or unavailable. If an issue occurs during shipping, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
