Refund policy

RETURNS 

 All sales are final. Because our products are second-hand/pre-owned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, sizing, color expectations, minor signs of wear, or any reason unrelated to an error in the item description. 

A return or refund will only be considered if the customer receives an item that is materially different from the item promoted, described, or shown on our website. 

To request a review, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide: 

  • Order number  

  • Photos of the item received  

  • A clear explanation of how the item differs from the website description or photos  

 

If we determine that the item received is materially different from what was promoted on our website, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion. 

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if the item has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or if the claim does not meet the conditions stated above. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return and Refund Policy.

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note that some second-hand/pre-owned items may contain minor signs of wear or small imperfections. Customers are responsible for reviewing all photos and the full item description before purchasing, as any known minor damages, wear, or imperfections will be disclosed in the product description and/or shown in the listing photos. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for conditions that were clearly disclosed prior to purchase. 

 

Exceptions  

All sales are final. Second-hand/pre-owned items are non-returnable, except when the customer receives an item that is materially different from what was described or shown on our website. Minor wear, imperfections, or damages previously disclosed in the product description or photos are not eligible for return or refund. 

 

Exchanges  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period  

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
